EyeBus™ Eyecare for Pupils
EyeBus is an innovative initiative designed to help make eye care more accessible and convenient for primary school pupils and their families.

About the Venture
Improving children's access to eye care.
EyeBus is a mobile vision-screening service for primary school children aged 4 to 5 — delivered free of charge at their school by qualified professionals. The critical treatment window closes at age 7–8; children missed may face irreversible amblyopia (lazy eye), lifelong educational disadvantage and costly adult intervention. NHS guidance is clear: all reception-year children should receive standardised vision screening as part of the Healthy Child Programme. EyeBus exists to make that happen.
